Peak Performance Training
Ever have those days where everything seems to be going well? You feel good, confident, relaxed when under pressure, able to concentrate, and thoughts seem to flow effortlessly. You may have that top of the world feeling. When this happens, we call it peak performance. You are functioning at your best. No matter what your profession or sports interest, peak performance helps you to function at your best. Want to have this feeling more often? EEG biofeedback or neurofeedback can be used to obtain and maintain this mental state of well being and high level of performance.
Everyone has brain waves. They are naturally produced from our brains. Various brain wave patterns are associated with different general emotional and behavioral functioning. With EEG biofeedback you can view your brain's wave patterns and adjust them. A particular pattern of brain waves is associated with peak performance.
With EEG biofeedback, when you feel tired or "mentally low" you will be able to view what that brain pattern looks like. Then you can change your brainwave pattern and notice the difference in feelings, behaviors and mental abilities. With repeated practice, you can enhance your brain to produce the brain wave pattern that is associated with peak performance more consistently. Overtime, this brain wave pattern will become more prominent and you can maintain peak performance over the course of a day. Repeated practice keeps the mental state longer.
Once you are able to maintain the peak performance feeling over time, you may wish to discontinue EEG biofeedback. It is natural that with the stresses of life, you will gradually loose your peak performance abilities. When this happens, you can return to neurofeedback to regain the state of peak performance. As with most forms of mental conditioning, it will not take as long as it did before to reach lasting peak performance abilities. Soon you should be able to regain your peak performance abilities.
Peak performance training is available by most clinicians who offer EEG biofeedback. You can simply go to their office and receive neurofeedback training. You will need to perform training at the convenience of the biofeedback clinician. However, over time office visits may become expensive. If two family members wish to use neurofeedback, the expense is doubled.
Your Family Clinic allows you to purchase your own equipment and use neurofeedback at your convenience. We will train you how to use the equipment for peak performance conditioning.
In addition, we can monitor your training sessions to ensure you are using the equipment correctly and accomplishing your goals. We will monitor your sessions for a full year. With our program you can learn how to use EEG biofeedback for peak performance training and use neurofeedback for all your family members. The expense is the same for one full year. Years later if you wish use neurofeedback again, you will be able to because you own the equipment.
The cost of the equipment, training, and a years worth of monitoring is $2,000.00. Training is performed via the Internet, a video tape, and phone conversations if necessary. Monitoring is performed via E-mail through the Internet. E-mails are usually answered within twenty four hours. Two thousand dollars is the complete costs for one year. Within a year, you should be familiar with then equipment and procedures that you will not need monitoring. If you do, monitoring will be available at a nominal cost.
